Would I follow King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) into battle? Short answer: yes. Extended answer: 300 director Zack Snyder gives us a rousing, crowd-pleasing film that’s both beautiful to the eyes and destructive to the ears. Don’t expect much depth from the movie, just go in and enjoy the elaborate battle scenes. –Josh
